SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volume periods.

VALENT ARCHIVE is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment

• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional international fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.
