REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of VALENT ARCHIVE products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at valentarchive@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

VALENT ARCHIVE is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Normal wear and tear

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
